5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Proof of purchase must be provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn slippers (from our Sandals/Slippers category)
• Safety footwear showing signs of wear

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form
3. Wait for approval and RMA number
4. Ship items to our Toronto facility at your expense

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for international orders.
