Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 CAD):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50 CAD):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with their order.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of boots, casual shoes, running footwear, or sandals, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Slippers (from our Sandals/Slippers category) that have been worn or removed from their original packaging
  • Safety footwear (from our Safety category) that shows signs of wear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
  3. Wait for approval – Our Toronto-based team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  5. Ship your return – Send the package to our Toronto facility using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal account).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates.

Return Shipping Information

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

International Returns

For customers outside Canada (excluding some Asian and remote regions), please note:
