What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 CAD): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
- Free Economy Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (free on orders over $50 CAD)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with some exceptions in parts of Asia and remote regions. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address. For specific location questions, please email [email protected].
How can I track my order?
For Standard Shipping orders, you’ll receive a tracking number via email when your package ships. You can use this to track your delivery through DHL or FedEx’s websites. Economy Shipping may have limited tracking capabilities through EMS.
